Return Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If any of our products don't meet or exceed your expectations or the advertised quality,
we will do everything we can to make it right and make you a happy customer.
If we are unable to make it right, we will refund 100% o the price of the product as soon as we receive your return.
You have placed your confidence in us enough to buy the product. We have an obligation to deliver satisfaction.
We ask that the product be returned within a two-week time period from the date you receive it.
The product must be returned in a resaleable condition, with its original packaging.
In order to receive proper credit, we will need you to include the original packing slip that came with the order.
We do, however, charge a 30% restocking fee on all overages or other authorized returns.
Freight charges, unfortunately, are not refundable and you are responsible for getting the merchandise back to us.
Returns Are Easy
Our store personnel will guide you through the proper steps to do a return and give you a Return Authorization Number to ensure you receive proper ctedit.
Please call 866-876-1240 M/F 10:00 am through 6:00 pm to request your Return Authorization Number.
We cannot accepts returns without this auathorization number.
Return Policy
Our Return Policy is very similar to any quality department store's policy.
We try to handle it just as though you were standing across the counter in the store.
We do not load the policy down with exclusions or hidden fees as many others do.
We refund you the merchandise price using the same method with which you originally paid.
Shipping costs are not refundable. We are compelled to charge a restocking fee of 30% on all returns.
- We can not accept returns on merchandise held by you for more than two weeks.
- We can not accept returns on cut yardage fabrics.
- We can not accept returns on any merchandise not in original packaging and re-saleable condition.
- We can not accept wallpaper, murals for return.
- We can not accept returns on stated clearance or closeouts.
Defective Wallpaper
Wallpaper should never be defective, but we don't live in a perfect world. If you receive wallpaper or border which proves to be defective, we will gladly replace the wallpaper at no charge. We must have the damaged or defective merchandise back in order to give you proper credit. We will arrange to have the merchandise picked up at no charge to you.
Back Orders
We maintain a huge inventory but never have all available patterns in stock at one time. If we are unable to pull your selection from stock, we will place a drop ship order with the manufacturer. Please wait until you receive your entire order before scheduling your installer. Occasionally your selection just will not be available because the manufacturer is out of stock or has discontinued the pattern. If the circumstances are simply out of our control, we will try to assist you in finding an alternate selection.
Packaging For Return
Please call or email us to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Package the merchandise in the original condition along with the original packing slip. You may use a better shipping carton if the original is not in good condition.
Write the Return Authorization Number in black near the shipping label on the outside of the box.
Refunds
You will be issued a refund after we receive the merchandise back. We will notify you via email once we receive, complete and process your return. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. We can only issue a return to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If you paid by check, you will receive a check refund.
